De Parys is a three storey Victorian House in Bedford providing a residential service for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Support is tailored to the specific needs, goals and aspirations so each individual can live a meaningful life with their local community.

Offering a therapeutic, supportive setting, the team at De Parys are caring and attentive.

Person centred support plans are regularly updated as needs change or goals are achieved. Individuals are always encouraged to try new activities of interest and to reach their full potential at their own pace.

Support is provided with daily living skills such as cooking and cleaning to help individuals develop greater confidence and independence. They are also encouraged to participate in the running of the home and to have their own areas of responsibility.

Being very close to Bedford Town Centre, individuals who live at De Parys enjoy active social lives and the many leisure facilities Bedford has to offer.

Some people enjoy voluntary and paid work opportunities or attend local college courses to learn additional vocational skills.

Visits from family and friends are always welcome and the home is very accessible for local transport links and is within walking distance to the town.
