Consensus Support was established in 2005 and we provide tailored support in residential, supported living services and day centres for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, including Prader-Willi Syndrome. We’re passionate about enabling the people we support to live a meaningful, fulfilling life with opportunity, choice and success.

We are committed to delivering the highest standards of support which has been nationally recognised and validated by the many awards we’ve received, the consistently high ratings we receive from national regulators and through our Quality Team and employed Quality Checkers Team, who live in our services, responding to feedback from the people we support.

New Horizons Day Centre

Located in Wilcrick, Magor, New Horizons is an intensive support service for adults who have profound and complex learning disabilities, including sensory impairments and additional physical needs.

Newlands Cottages

Newlands Cottages is a quaint, homely cottage located just outside Caterham on the Croydon and Surrey borders, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, including epilepsy. Some people may also display behaviours which others might find challenging.

Ophir Road

Parklands

Smugglers Barn

Smugglers Barn is a four bedroom residential service near Crawley and East Grinstead for males with learning disabilities and complex needs, including Aspergers Syndrome and Prader-Will Syndrome (PWS). Some individuals have additional needs such as epilepsy and may express behaviours which others may find challenging.

Smythe House

Southwold House

A residential service providing support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. It has seven en-suite bedrooms in the main house and four, self-contained one-bedroom flats with private access.

Stanley Park Road is a state of the art residential service based in Wallington in the London Borough of Sutton that offers individualised accommodation and support with a mixture of one-bedroom single occupancy and two-bedroom shared flats.

Station Road is a large pleasant house close to the town of Kettering and provides a caring, supportive environment for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and nursing needs.

STEPS Supported Living

STEPS is a supported living service in Wellingborough with support and accommodation spread over three services. Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional complex needs, the focus is on helping individuals to live an active and meaningful life within their local community with as much support as they need.

Strawberry Fields
