Frinton House provides accommodation for six adults with moderate to complex learning disabilities, specialising in autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The service is minutes away from the town centre that benefits from public transport links by road and rail to Hastings, London and other coastal towns such as Eastbourne and Brighton. Frinton House is a large Victorian property with a garden at the rear. The service is decorated to a standard with an emphasis on ensuring that it provides a homely and welcoming environment. There are six en-suite bedrooms, three of the bedrooms situated on the ground floor.
