There are also opportunities to take part in activities such as visits to the park, restaurants, shopping, cinema, the mosque, church club, swimming and bowling. Short break holidays are also available. The aim of the activities is to promote community integration and build on personal social skills. Individuals are invited to attend meetings to voice their interests or concerns and to suggest any changes that they wish to happen. This helps with personal development and a feeling of well being.
