Lothian Autistic Society is a member led, person centred charity. We provide services, information and practical support to individuals, families and carers affected by autism.
Care and support:
Individuals, families and carers receive high quality support through developing projects, services and new initiatives that meet their needs. This includes respite schemes, social clubs for children and young people with autism, their siblings and parent/carers and holiday playschemes.
Information:
We will provide up-to-date and accessible information to help meet the needs of individuals, families, carers and professionals in the Lothians. We can do this in a range of ways; by signposting and delivering tailored training, to facilitating 'parent to parent' connections.
Other services:
We are developing services that are innovative, dynamic, responsive and flexible to enable us to provide options for individuals with autism and meet the diverse needs of our members, families and carers across the Lothians.
