Momentum is a not-for-profit organisation providing rehabilitation, training and care services for more than 2,000 disabled and socially-excluded throughout the UK every year. Momentum offers a variety of tailored social care services which support people in their communities, enabling them to live independently in their own homes and to take part in community-based activities. Momentum Skills provides rehabilitation and training services, empowering people with a disability and those who are excluded to gain the skills that they need to live independently and to gain access to employment. Momentum Skills supports people across a range of service areas, including brain injury, mental health, physical and learning disabilities, employability and community rehabilitation.
