Located in Caerleon, Newport, this new supported living service consists of 6 bedrooms, offering support and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities and autism who wish to live their life more independently but with the dedicated support they need.                          

This large house, close the to the heart of the village, has been redeveloped to meet local need. Offering a positive, friendly environment with plenty of natural light, the service consists of 6 bedrooms either en-suite or with a dedicated bathroom. There is also a large communal kitchen, dining room and lounge where individuals can socialise and cook together.

The service benefits from an established garden with raised beds for growing vegetables and herbs. The service also benefits from level access throughout the ground floor (including one bedroom), providing greater support for those with mobility issues. The individuals who live here will each have their own tenancies. The level of support they require will differ, but they will each have their own support packages based on their needs. The environment has been developed to encourage the individuals who live here to be more independent and to have greater choice and control over their lives.

The service is located within walking distance to many amenities including a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. However, with the help of nearby transport links, Newport City Centre is only a short drive away, where individuals can enjoy various leisure activities including swimming, cinema, eating out and visiting the local museum and art gallery. Situated in Caerleon minutes away from the Roman legionary fortress, Isca Augusta a local museum could not be more local!
