Our supported living service in North East Ipswich, Suffolk provides six self-contained one bedroom flats supporting male and female adults with learning disabilities and additional complex needs.

Four of the self-contained flats are located in the main house, two are on the ground floor with the third and fourth flats being on the second floor. The other two flats are next to the main house and are wheelchair accessible.

The focus is on supporting individuals to live as active and meaningful life as possible within the local community and achieve greater independence in line with specific needs.

The team actively encourage the people they support to access activities and hobbies in the local community as independently as possible.

This includes attending the local swimming pool, bowling club, trampolining, cinema, gym and local music classes, as well as going out for dinner and socialising with friends.

They are also encouraged to attend work placements or volunteer at local charity shops and attend courses at the local college as they gain more independence.

Family members and friends are always welcome to visit and join BBQs and garden parties.

There are good links to public transport with a train station and bus routes a short walk away.
