Close to Kettering town centre our supported living service provides seven self-contained one bedroom flats supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional complex needs in a supported living setting. We currently support two individuals in the community who have their own homes
There is a person centred approach for each individual where support which is tailored to their specific needs.
The focus will be on supporting individuals towards greater independence and to lead active, meaningful, fulfilling lives in their local community.
There is real encouragement to try new things and family and friends are always welcome to visit and join events and activities.
Kettering has many amenities close by to the service including a cinema, shops, bowling alley, cafes, restaurants and many other leisure facilities.
There are also good transport links near the home, including a train station and bus links, to help support people to get out and about.
Individuals are encouraged to do as much as possible for themselves to improve their daily living skills and gain greater independence. This includes cooking and cleaning
The overall focus is on supporting individuals to live as active and meaningful life as possible within the local community and achieve greater independence in line with specific needs.

Consensus Support was established in 2005 and we provide tailored support in residential, supported living services and day centres for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, including Prader-Willi Syndrome.
