Weston Villa, is a dedicated Prader-Willi Syndrome service and is based on our innovative flat based model of accommodation and support. This unique service situated in Kettering, Northamptonshire, supports individuals who present with additional complex needs over and above those often associated with PWS who may also struggle to live or share with others.

Weston Villa has at its core all of the fundamental elements of a successful residential PWS service, for example 24 hour food security, appropriate environmental measures and a predictable and structured lifestyle, as well as a dedicated and trained support team.

The service comprises of four self-contained flats with en suite bedrooms, separate lounges and kitchen.

Weston Villa also incorporates communal space providing the opportunity for individuals living there to engage and socialise with others.

We have a strong, long-standing presence of services within the Kettering and Corby area providing specialist support and accommodation for individuals with PWS, many of whom form friendships, relationships and associations with others with PWS living in the region.

Kettering has many amenities close by to the service including a cinema, shops, bowling alley, cafes, restaurants and many other leisure facilities. There are also good transport links near the home, including a train station and bus links, to help support people to get out and about.
